Please read up on how to build a kernel this is not a TS specific problem, you are doing this completely wrong.
If a command does not work there's not much point in asking for help if you don't say what it is but I'm guessing you entered:
make ts7250_eabi_full_deconfig
You should rename the config you choose to .config in the root of the kernel tree.
Again this is the ABC of building a kernel , there are a million sites that explain this. Read up on what to do before asking for basic help.
You could also try the config I posted for this board in the files section (menu on the left here) . zImage-2.6.32.11-m4.config .
