hi,

i am trying to install java on ts7800 sbc and i successfully installed it.In
between my ts7800 got corrupt and i am unable to recover it.

I followed the steps for recovering ts7800 using sdcard,on technologic website
but its not working.

I did the following workarounds,

1)formatted 4gb sdcard with fat filesystem.
2)bzcat 512mbsd-latest.dd.bz2 | dd of=/dev/sde (sde is my sdcard)
3)made jp1 ON on my board and inserted the sdcard in card slot.
4)rebooted sbc.
5)i am able to telnet to board.(using ip 192.168.0.50),here according to docs i
should get fastboot shell but i am not getting it.i directly get "/#" prompt.
6)i executed createmtdroot.
Then linuxrc is linked to linuxrc-fastboot,so i removed it and linked to
linuxrc-mtdroot using "ln -sf /linuxrc-mtdroot /linuxrc; save".
7)if i try su its giving error as "No shell".
8)Now how should i enable root, ssh and recover my sbc??
