If all you did was a load and no fis write then you haven't written to
the flash. I'd like to mention tho that unless you're doing something
really silly like using the NAND for a swap partition, or constantly
writing to it in your application, you shouldn't have to worry too much
about wrecking it :) If you're really worried, grab a CompactFlash
microdrive which is a CF sized hard drive, Redboot will load a kernel
and file system directly from the CF slot on the 7200.
