[ts-7000] TS-7260 Debian on USB pendrive

I have a TS7260 board and want to install the operating system debian on a USB 
stick 1GB.

I have dealt with the images that exist in the site www.embeddedarm.com but I 
can not get . What are the steps to get?

How should I partition the USB flash drive?
