Hello All, I am new to this forum.
I have a board similar to TS7260 but based on EP9307 chip instead of EP9302. I
am trying to implement booting from SD card on this board. As per the data
sheet the boot process for EP93xx chips is same. Depending on the bootselect
pins it will boot from UART, SPI, FLASH, etc.. To boot from SPI it looks for a
2k initial boot code which is loaded from the spi device. This does the initial
setup(clock, sdram, uart) for the chip before loading the kernel.
I downloaded SPI-boot_example code from Cirrus logic website but is not
working. I am trying to understand this code and modify to our board.
But each time i get a sdram fail error.
Does anyone have EP9302 bootloader working. Can some one please share there
info on this.
Thanks
Tama
