[ts-7000] TS 7500 & USB Audio

Hello!

I'm wondering if anyone has tried using a TS-7500 with a USB Audio device.

I'm having no trouble playing audio but the capture side of the equation seems to be giving grief. I get a fair amount of noise layered on top of the audible parts of the signal. Silence records as truly silent but the noise appears on top of the audible signal, apparently in proportion to the volume of the sound at any given point.

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
