512mbsd-7400-linux2629-lenny-eabi.dd will run, but it is not fully compatible.
I remember testing that image on the TS-7300 and noticed an increase in current
to the board compared to the 2.4 image available for that board, suggesting
that maybe an IO pin is configured wrong. Just because the image boots does not
make it a good match to the board.
I would like to see a 2.6 kernel on this board, especially with the second
ethernet running. There are not a lot of dual ethernet embedded arm boards out
there. If anyone knows a good alternative, let me know.
I have a box of these TS-7300's left over from a startup company venture.
Unfortunately, with 2.4 kernel, it is hard to use this system without
destroying the flash cards, since ext3 is the file system. And how often is the
system shutdown properly versus pulling the plug. Without 2.6, this is not a
good board to start a project with.
