Hi Kristof, Thanks for your suggestion. I insert the line 'mtu xxxx' to the file '/etc/network/interfaces'. After reboot, it seems to enable Jumbo frame. I confirmed to enable with your way 'ifconfig eth0 mtu 9500' also.
