The TS-7500 software guide should take you through most of the steps you will
need to start developing using the TS-7500.

Download the TS SD image from the FTP site:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7500-linux/binaries/ts-images/2gbsd-eclipse-dec152009.dd.bz2

Using Linux (I used Ubuntu) extract the contents to a known location.
2gbsd-eclipse-dec152009.dd should be extracted...

Insert the micro-SD card into a USB card reader on your PC. On my PC it was
/dev/sdb

Open terminal and navigate to the location of the .dd file.

Begin tranfer...
sudo dd if=2gbsd-eclipse-dec152009.dd of=/dev/sdb
(Note: you may have to replace /dev/sdb with the path of your SD card on your
PC)

It will take a while (~3-5 minutes to copy).. you should then have a usable
micro-SD card.
