[ts-7000] extract lenny image to an empty SD card 7500

I have about 10 TS7500 and 10 empty SD card. And I am trying to load lenny-arm-dec152009.tar to SD card.

 

I am looking for some help to install lenny-arm-dec152009.tar to SD card that I bought.

I used another Linux PC.  Whenever I extract lenny-arm-dec152009.tar into SD card, an error occurs.
