In general, the fastboot environment is mounted as read only. If you pull the
power when set to read only, there are no worries for corrupted/screwed up fast
boots for next time.

About 15-20 seconds? I haven't grabbed a stop watch for the 7350, but that's
what I would put it at (if not faster).
