[ts-7000] How to configure TS-ADC16 on TS-7800

i'm newbie on ts-7800..
i'm try integrate with ts-adc16..
i download  tsadc.c, tsadc.h, tsadc16.lib in one folder and place in sd-boot 
ts-7800.. 
i try n follow the manual or documentation of tsadc16.. 
TS-ADC16 shell library file as the ENV variable. For example:

# export ENV=/tsadc16.lib
# chroot /
# tsadchelp

then the result show : :root# export ENV=/tsadc16.lib                
                       
:root# ls                                                            
tsadc16.lib*    tsadc.c*    tsadc.h*                       
:root# chroot /                                                      
:/# tsadchelp                                                        
bash: tsadchelp: command not found                                              
:/# ./tsadc16.lib                                                    
bash: ./tsadc16.lib: No such file or directory      

....

why this happen??

n i try to compile :

gcc -o tsadc tsadc.c                                          
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/arm-linux/3.3.5/../../../crt1.o(.text+0x30):../sysdeps/arm/elf'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status                                             
:root# 
...................

pls help me n what should i do??
