What if I execute a command “xuartctl –port=127.0.0.1:7350” without –server?

Per manual, this is possible. But I want to understand what this command will do because typically, TCP connections requires server and client.

Maybe, “xuartctl –port=0” is better…

As it says, "daemonize and run as a server". So it will take stuff to/from the UART and present a TCP port (7350 and up) that you can connect to. Without --server, you read/write the stdio of the xuartctl process.
