Hi

I am totally new new guy to any embedded system and of course to TS7000. But i am in a great need to develop one.

My project involves about 4 serial ( RS232) ports to run some machine-to-man protocol and some machine-to-machine protocol, some not-too-intensive mysql program and some TCP/IP. I chose Linux w/ FPGA because the response time can not be slow down.

I spent my first painful two-weeks playing with TS7300 just to find out TS 7550 is better.(My client will shut down power any time and can not tolerate a long booting time)

I greatly appreciate if someone advise me about reference books, code, old messages like mine( I am sure i am not the first one), etc.

Thanks

Jongsoo from Florida
