[ts-7000] Memory

Hello All,
  I am trying to install MySQL server on my TS-7400 board but installation is 
failing due to insufficient memory.memory usage is like this

ts7000:~# free -m
             total       used       free     shared    buffers     cached
Mem:            28         27          0          0          0          3
-/+ buffers/cache:         24          4
Swap:            0          0          0
