I don't have a BAT3 but there have been a number of people over the last 
few years post about their problems with the BAT3 :(  It looks like a 
great thing to have, but it looks worrysome.

To solve your problem I'd look back in the archives and contact TS 
directly about it.  Hopefully someone has a answer :)
