I have a couple of TS7260 running on 2.6.21-ts patched so the COM3
port (ttyTS0) works and using JFFS2 instead of YAFFS. I wrote down
some guidelines here http://astrum.frm.utn.edu.ar/gonzalo/
I'm not sure they will be of any use for anyone else, but it's a start.
