[ts-7000] ts-7300 fails to boot

All,

I have ts-7300 board recently purchased along with an SD-CARD. Everything was working fine till yesterday when I Powered off the ts-7300. Today when I tried to power it up I am stunned to see that it is not sending any thing to the serial port. I found that Its green LED is blinking periodically and after some time, a minute perhaps, RED led blinks. But nothing is coming at the output. Can someone guess what could be the problem..

I wonder could it be that

i)  SD-CARD is damaged?.  Any material on installing new SD-CARD if this was the case.

ii) TS-7300 is broken. I have checked the voltage. Nothing is loading it. Power is applied properly. 

iii) or any thing else.

 

 I will appreciate your help.
