Again trying to work with this printer(itk24i).
Because the other driver doesn't work with ARM CPUs, only i386, , I was looking and I have found a tool in the same page:

http://www.practicalautomation.com/download/#  (and click 'itk' series)

called javatools_v1p00-1 Java Native Interface Tools for Language Monitor Win2K/XP

Does anybody know if this tool could make (by Eclipse) compiled code that works with the ts7800 please?

thanks

You have downloaded & installed i386 binary driver & support programs, which
won't work with the ARM processor. To use the printer with an ARM processor,
you must either build the drivers and daemons from source, or ask the vendor to
supply the appropriate ARM binaries.

Additionally, it looks like there is a firmware file that needs to be loaded
into the printer, but that is a much smaller problem than i386 binary drivers.

In short, ask the vendor to open-source his drivers.
