[ts-7000] ts-7800 permission denied error

hi everyone
i just stepped embedded linux and i get a development card from embeddearm, 
ts7800 without a SDcard

i bought a SD card and i followed the steps on  
http://www.embeddedarm.com/about/resource.php?item=412 address for a bootable SD
when i try to exit from fast boot i get this error:

what is the problem why can t i get sd boot
