[ts-7000] RTC ts7800

Hi again with another question,
the command RTC7800 responds with "TS-7800 RTC not detected", i think that this 
TS would have this feature. i have no posibility to sichronize the date and 
time of the TS?
Also in the schematics the U23 should be the RTC but it is no not there
