Doug is correct in his response, We wanted to rule out the possibility that we 
just had a bad board, so we tested for the bug on a unit that we ordered as a 
backup, and did not modify.  It was the first time we powered on the device, 
Only connected Ethernet, Power, and Serial.  This means to me that if it is 
sharing a connection with a gpio pin or something, it is local on the 7390, and 
not something that was connected to it.  Doug called technologic yesterday, and 
the person he talked to said that he thought they had already fixed that bug, 
but they were going to get back to him.
