Hi there,

I have an IOGEAR WiFi USB adapter and am trying to install the wireless-tools package for my TS-7390 running the 2.6 kernel.  After doing apt-get install wireless-tools I get the following:

dpkg: parse error, in file `/var/lib/dpkg/available' near line 1009:
invalid package name (may not be empty string)
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

The available file looks fine to me.  The package name near line 1009 is perl-modules and dpkg -S perl-modules shows that it's installed.

Any ideas?  Thanks!
