[ts-7000] map memory register for control i/o in kernel space

Hello everyone.

In user space, i can use mmap for access register on TS7400.
But i cannot use it on kernel space--RTAI module.
I'm a newbies of RTAI on ARM, i hope that somebody can help me with this 
problem.
