delegation code: it doesn't recall delegations on rename or unlink (and
vi is probably reaniming a new file over the old file instead of
modifying the old file in place). I'll see if I can get our fix to this

disable leases (echo 0 >/proc/sys/fs/leases-enable). Could you confirm
whether the problem goes away after doing that? (And possibly
