I honestly don't have the answer, but I do have some ideas if the answer 
is "no" :)  Probably the simplest would be a uC that monitors the 
ambient temp, when it reaches 70 it brings a interrupt or DIO high or 
low on the TS7800 which it interperts as a signal to shutdown.  The uC 
then after a grace period kills the power to the TS7800 and restores it 
once the temp has dropped low enough or there is a timed event causing 
it to restart the 7800.
