Does anyone here have any experience talking to a PIC24 over USB from a TS board (7260) with the generic USB to serial driver and having loaded the MICROCHIP USB FIRMWARE onto the PIC? On the Linux side of things, is it enough to insmod usbserial.o followed by mknod /dev/usb/ttyUSB0 c 188 0 And then simply using ttyUSB0 as a serial device in regular C code (assuming that there is something running on the PIC to receive the data, even a simple loopback echo) ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
