[ts-7000] ts-7260 DIO2 general purpose IO pin 14

I can't make this bit work. My understanding of the documentation is that it 
has its ddr bit(bit 1) and data bit(bit 2) both at 0x2140_0000. 
Has anyone else made this work and can you give some hints?
