Solved! My new image are more big tan 0x160000
Then I changed the length:
fis create -b 0x00218000 -l 0x1de000 zImage
and all work OK,

Length of your "fis partition" is 0x160000 (~1.4mo)
A "rather complete" (nfs/usb) 2.6.29.1 kernel is about 1.9mo.
Have you checked your zImage ?
