[ts-7000] date issue

On my TS7370, I need to set the date before launching my program.

When I launch my program first to communicate with a device through serial 
port, everything work well.
When I set the date first (with system command 'date'), and I launch my 
program, it becomes impossible to communicate through serial port !

If anybody have an idea ?
