[ts-7000] xuart driver on 7350

I m trying to make the xuart work on a 7350 board (i purchase it in 
july 2008). I upgrade the FPGA as stated in the preliminary manual with 
the file ts7350xurt.vme (ts7350xuart.vme doesn't exist). I even update 
my flash card with the newest image (512mbsd-latest.dd). When I try to 
load the xuart7350.ko, my linux freeze. If I try insmod xuart7350 -v it 
give me this error

insmod: cannot insert 'xuart7350.ko': Invalid module format (-1): Exec 
format error

Can somebody help me to make the xuart work properly?
