[ts-7000] unable to set palette

Hi,

We are using ts-7260, currently booting Debian 2.4. We used vgrabbj to
capture an image from the webcam. an error "unable to set palette"
appears, we are not sure what are the cause of it. 

The webcam driver is working fine.
