No, TS doesn't have a kernel driver, and I haven't seen one mentioned
on this list.  TS does have a userspace library, linked to from the
doc page here:
http://www.embeddedarm.com/services/fpga-ipcore-xdio.php

But I'm sure you've seen that already.  Does it need to be a kernel
driver?  I guess you can't use interrupts ... might be a problem.
