[ts-7000] Speakers or headphones on ts7400

I need to implement an application on my ts7400 with sound. So I was
reading and i saw that i need to use a external chip that convert a
AC´97 cadec audio or I2S Audio, in real sound with speaker or maybe
with a headphone connector. Anybody know what can i do to have sound
in my board?
Or I don´t know I was wondering if we have in market some hardware to
connect in my board maybe in USB that i can use.

I´m using kernel 2.4, and for my application I use webcam too.

Anybody here could help me with some ideas?
