Did you ask TS?  Their docs say the linux driver is 'coming soon'.  I
guess you already have their bash functions for the ts-adc16?

If you decide to write your own driver, take a look at the linux
comedi project.  They have a standard interface for ADC i/o, and many
example drivers you could use as starting points.
