 Chris & Rich,
I think I was not using right HOSTCC. I use gcc-2.95 compiler on my machine.
I set HOSTCC as gcc-2.95 and it looked like 'make' working. If faced problems in building I have to return.
Thanks.
Best Regards
Abid

You need a native compiler as well, dou you have it?
what gives the command "gcc --version"?

If you don't have it, try to go though your packet manager and install
the basic development tools.
