[ts-7000] File transfer using Serial connection between PC and TS-7800

Hi,
I just bought the TS-7800 with the 2GB SD card developmeent kit. 
Instead of using the provided eclipse remote system tool, anyone has 
any recommendations of serial utility tool which is stable, and I can 
use it to send and receive files bvetween my PC (either Vista or Ubuntu 
Linux, I have both PCs) and TS-7800.
