[ts-7000] TS-7350 all LED ON and no reponse

Hello all,

I executed by hand the "Considerations when loading a 
new bitstream" by hand and received the following error
/ # /load_ts7350 ./ts7350xuart.vme
fail: verification fail


Reboot it and now I have all the LED's Green, Yellow and RED ON, I do
not get any reponse from the board, I have pressed the Reset on the
TS-9445, power off, etc, and nothing. Do not get a response on the 232


Any ideas, suggestions?
