Hi!

I'm working on an embedded system based on TS7250 sbc. I need some
features from 2.6 linux kernel (like Hauwei 3G modem support) so I
built the default 2.6.21 kernel from technologics. It has built
successfully, but to use it, I need another machine to provide the
full file systemvia NFS. (The 7250 board has no CF nor SD card slot!)
Actually ofc I have a linux box for development, but after the work
has finished...

My question is how can I change the kernel presented in the flash? I'm
affraid of to exchange the Image or zImage won't be enough, or will
it? Do I need to create a sufficent file system image with all the
required files on for the 2.6 kernel? How can I exchange it in secure
- I mean I don't want to brick the sbc during development.

Thanks for the answers in advance.

Cheers:
denx
