I have a no-brand one based on the realtek RTS5111 chipset. It operates at 
usb 2.0 hi-speed, which is what you want. I haven't tried it with SDHC 
yet, but (googled) 
http://www.twinmos.com/flash/download/compatibility/compatibility_sdhc_oct06.pdf
 
seems to suggest it supports it just fine.
