[ts-7000] can i start my appliction without logging in?

Hello...
i would like to know, if my TS-TPC-7390 will work without actually 
starting Linux? i mean if i want to blink a single LED, i should do 
all the booting processess (just an eg.) or 
how can i start my appliction without logging in?
