| Subject: | [ts-7000] cross compile problems: unrecognized option -march=nocona |
| From: | "gajans.garage" <> |

Hi,
I am trying to cross compile (TSCAN1) on a gentoo machine. And though
I specify the arch as
CFLAGS+=-ggdb -march=armv4t -static
in config.omk and grep -r . -e march=nocona gice no results these
errors appear :(
make[2]: Entering directory
`/media/sbc/cube/tscan1/ocera-canEABI/_build/user/utils/suiut'
CC sui_dinfo.o
Assembler messages:
Error: unknown architecture `nocona'
Error: unrecognized option -march=nocona
The same error appears when I compile busybox and with various cross
compilers. But I was able to cross compile the kernel without any
problems.
Would appreciate any help
Thank you
Gajan
