Hi,
I recently started working with the TS-TPC-7390. I am able to boot
it in fastboot and then into debian as well. However whenever I do
"shutdown -h now" or any combination (-r, etc) of the shutdown command
the board displays:
The system is going down for system halt NOW!
shutdown: /dev/initctl: No such file or directory
shutdown: cannot execute /sbin/init
shutdown: /dev/initctl: No such file or directory
Happens both under TS-Linux and Debian. No luck with init 0 either.
I am turning it off the hard way every time and am worried this might
stress both the HW and filesystem.
What might the problem be? How can I do a software halt?
PS. I am running the board with the factory SW both flash and SD card.
Thanks,
Alberto
