[ts-7000] Shutdown usb ports

Hello again,
I've been trying to shutdown al the usb ports and get them online
again on the Ts7400 (to solve a initialization problem with a huawei
e220 3g modem). Do you know if there's some way to do that without
rebooting?
I'm using the 2.6.21-ts kernel
