No it doesn't work because from 2.6.25 (or 2.6.24 I don't remember)
the can sub-system has been inserted in the mainline but now it has a
socket structure. I found the project socketCAN and I found the driver
for the SJA1000 chip, but I don't find a ts-can1 driver for this
architecture ( the "glue" between the sja1000 and the platform,
ts-7200 in my case).
