[ts-7000] Different boot up speeds for TS boards?

Hi,,

If you check the specs of the ARM SBCs, some of them have very fast
boot up time like TS-7300 or
TS-7400.(http://www.embeddedarm.com/products/arm-matrix.php)

i wonder why?? As long as they have the same CPU (200Mhz) with other
models.
