Hi, I followed the instructions for installing kernel 2.6.21after compiling its source and then using the bootload utility to boot it. However, I get the following error which complains about not being able to mount rootfs because the root device cannot be opened. I guess I am doing something wrong in the boot options in the kernel config. I have pasted the last portion of the error log below. Any help is greatly appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------------ .... Built 4 zonelists.
