have we typos here? do you mean ts-7200 and ts-7260?

well 2.7v is more than 2.3v, and it says 2.3v min, so I guess it would be 
ok. I beleive the max voltage on the inputs is 3.3v

6 million interrupts per sec?

Well I'll be interested in hearing what others say, but my first reaction 
is to hoot with laughter at the thought.
