The TSlinux image does not contain the man pages.

If you have access to the Debian Full image then the man pages should be 
there.

Alternatively, find a linux desktop and use the man pages on that.

There is no "help" command in *nix systems. There is the "man" command, 
"man man" tells you how to use it.

However remember that in the TSLinux onboard flash image, most f the 
commands are provided by the busybox application. It provides cut down 
versions of the major/common commands.
