First, I hope this is not out of line on this forum. Technologic
Systems encouraged me to post here to see if there was any interest.
I would like to hire an experienced 7400 + Python developer.
I have a project to monitor the on board temp sensor plus one off
board sensor perform some simple calculations, then turn a relay on
and off based on results. Another analog sensor to be monitored is a
current sensor.
Up to ten digital inputs may be monitored. Up to 6 Digital outputs
(turn on/off relays) will be used.
Some other requirements are:
snmp get/set capability for all IO
snmp get of other devices OID and store data for display (optional)
Web interface, hopefully using Django as a framework.
Web interface will allow:
Setting up of all constants used in program via an easy setup wizard
Read/write group permissions
Display other devices gathered SNMP data
Index page to be graphical representation (graphics supplied) of the
controlled/monitored equipment. Meaning, to see summary of a devices'
status one would hover the mouse and get a tooltip with general stats.
Clicking on the object or an area of it would give details/options for
that device/subpart/interface. An example would be to power cycle a
device would require clicking on a switch "icon/image" and then
clicking "yes" on a confirmation box.
If anyone is interested please reply and I'll send full specifications.
